Day 1: Bangkok City Tour (L, D)
9.00 Pick up from your hotel. Head off to Bangkok National Museum where you will learn Thai history from 3 zones of exhibitions ; The Thai History Gallery, The Archaeological and Art History Collections and The Decorative Arts and Ethnological Collection.
10.00 Visit the Must See Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew , the temple of the Emerald Buddha. Enjoy admiring the magnificent architecture and Ramayana mural painting.
12.00 Have lunch at a restaurant.
13.00 Take a walk at the Buddha and amulets market where hundreds of traders meet hundreds of customers. Then keep walking to see lifestyle of Bangkokians at the riverside market.
14.00 Take a Tuk Tuk , the famous unique vehicle of Thailand to Wat Poh , home of the most beautiful Reclining Buddha statue. You will also learn about Thai massage, the most famous recreational activities from the stone incriptions setting into the walls of this temple as well.
15.00 Take a boat trip crossing Chao Phraya river to Wat Arun or temple of the Dawn, located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya river. You can climb up the pagoda to see the fantastic panorama view of Bangkok.
16.00 Back to your hotel.
18.00 Have dinner and see the show at Siam Niramit , the spectacular show of Thai arts and culture with special effects with 150 performers and 500 costumes. The amazing nightlife entertainment in Bangkok city center you’ll never forget.
21.30 Back to your hotel.
Day 2: Famous crazy Train Market, Don Hoi Lod & Fireflies boat trip (B, L, D) 8.00 Have breakfast at the hotel, check out and head to Ampawa, Siamese little Venice.
10.30 Arrive at The famous crazy Train Market of Maeklong . Here visitors will be wonder since this fresh market is located on the railway! Sellers have to move things and flip tents every time the train runs through. Crazy, funny but real!
12.00 Visit Don Hoi Lod , a bar of warmshell area located at the mouth of the Mae Klong River. It is a famous tourist attraction with scenery of the sea, the bar located amidst the bay. There are many seafood restaurants and shops selling local products. Have lunch at a restaurant here.
14.00 Continue your journey to Wat Bang Kung. The main attraction of the temple is the chapel overgrown by a Banyan tree. Except at the behind, the roots almost completely cover the building so it is hardly recognizable as such. Moreover, this temple is an historical place, as it was the camp of king Taksin during an attack by the Burmese army in 1768. The most easy thing to notice are the two rows of muay thai statues, there are also statues of soldiers in the dress of the 18th century amid cannons and bushes cut into the shape of horses, and in the middle a statue of king Taksin.
15.00 Visit Nativity of Our Lady Cathedral. The church was built in French Gothic style, with the most notable item being its colored glass windows. They were originally imported from France, and show scenes of the life of Jesus in top row, as well as holy people (men to the north, women to the south) in a second row.
16.00 Go to Wat Bang Kapom This ancient temple was built in the late Ayutthaya period. The old Wihan (image hall) is very interesting. On the upper part of the walls, there are unusual mural paintings in the form of stucco reliefs depicting the Lord Buddha’s history.
17.00 Check in at a Home Stay in Ampawa.
19.00 After dinner at a restaurant , take a boat trip along Mae Klong river at night to see Fireflies flash over trees on the bank of the peaceful river.
21.30 Back to your Home Stay.
Day 3: Kanchanaburi Tiger temple & Death Railway (B, L, D)
6.00 Wake up early in the morning to join another amazing Thailand activity by offering food to monks who row small boats along the canal to let people make merit.
7.30 Back to the Home Stay to have breakfast and check out.
9.00 Arrive at Damnoen Saduak floating market. Here you will be fascinated by boats of various shapes and sizes used by local merchants to ferry their goods. You are able to hire small boat board along the market for shopping local products. (optional)
12.00 Visit Siam Cultural Park. After lunch at the park's restaurant, we proceed to the Hall of Fame building that houses 10 wax figures of prominents personalities such as Ho Chi Minh and Mother Teresa. All presented in their customary work settings and in air-conditioned rooms. Siam Cultural Park is divided into 6 zones: 1. Honorary Hall of Fame 2. The zone for Buddha images from three eras 3. Chadok Cave 4. Monk’s Living Quarters from 4 Regions 5. Thai style houses from 4 regions 5. Bodhisattava Park 6. Relax area.
13.00 Head off to Kanchanaburi. 15.30 Arrive at Tiger temple.The Tiger Temple is a rescue centre for wild animals and the home of wild tigers, wild pigs, deer, antelopes, water buffaloes, apes and a hand full other animals. The tigers are taken out from their cage in the afternoon and visitors can touch them. The tigers brought tiger cubs into the world there.
18.00 Go to Krasae train station and take a short train trip to visit world - famous Death Railway constructed by Allied prisoners of war. We pick you up at Wang Poh station before heading back to Kanchanaburi. Check in at Mida Resort Kanchanaburi or equivalent.
19.00 Have dinner at a restaurant.
Day 4: Ayuttaya city tour (B, L, D)
8.00 After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Go to Ayutthaya, the old capitol city of Siam.
10.00 Stop by at Kao Hong, a 100 year riverside market in Suphanburi. The Kao Hong market was once a bustling riverine market of the Suphan Buri River or the Ta Chin River area. But when waterborne communication and transportation ceased to principally be part of the major trade route, the market consequently began to be slowly dying out, leaving behind but remnants of the prosperous past – the large wooden shophouses standing along the river banks.
12.00 Arrive at Ayutthaya, have lunch at a restaurant.
13.00 Visit Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit. Phra Mongkhon Bophit, a large bronze cast Buddha image, which was originally enshrined in the open area outside the Grand Palace and later covered by a building in the reign of king Songtham. During the fall of Ayutthaya, the building was badly destroyed by fire. The one currently seen was reconstructed, but does not have as beautiful craftsmanship as the previous one. The open area east of the sanctuary was where the royal cremetion ceremonies took place.
14.00 Continue the tour to Wat Maha That - the heart and soul of city. From Artifacts and the style of the pagoda, we believe that Wat Maha That was built before Ayutthaya period or around the 14th Century. One of the images which were excavated by the Fine Art Department was a Buddha Image in the Sitting Attitude 9sitting with drop down legs). This image belonged to the Lopburi period. The Pagodas are from the Bayon Style or Bayon Period (compared to Khmer culture) which are built with laterite.
15.00 Visit Wat Phra Sri Sanphet. This is the most important temple within the Royal Palace compound and the original from which the temple of the Emerald Buddha in Bangkok has been copied. 3 outstanding Ceylonese style pagodas were built during the 15th century to ensrine the ashes of 3 Ayutthaya kings.
18.00 Have dinner at a restaurant. Then free at leisure at the hotel.
Day 5: Bang Pa-in and Pattaya city tour (B, L, D)
8.30 After breakfast, check out from the hotel. We pick up from your hotel. Visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace which was first used by the royal court as a summer retreat in the 17th century. However, the Palace was destroyed with the fall of Kingdom of Ayutthaya and was restored by King Rama IV in the mid 19th century. Most of the buildings that exist today date from the reign of King Rama V, who regularly spent his summers there. The structures represent a variety of architectural styles, set in a large park around ponds and waterways. The only royal residence open to the public is the Chiness-style Wehat Chamroon Palace, constructed entirely of materials imported from China. In addition, there is an Italian-style palace, a circular pavillion with steps leading down to a pool, the graceful Thai-style Aisawan Tippaya Asna Pavillion in the middle of a lake, and, across one of the waterways, a Buddhist chapel in the neo-Gothic style with stained-glass windows. Scattered around the extensive gardens are European statues as well as monuments ordered to be built by King Rama V of members of his family, one of them was a much beloved Queen who drowned in a boat accident. Then head to pattaya.
12.00 On the way, stop over at the 4-region floating market which various kinds of local products and food from the whole 4 regions of Thailand are sold. Tourists are also able to take a boat trip to see the beauty of variety Thai-style houses and Thai traditional dances. Have lunch on your own here.
13.00 Visit Sanctuary of the Truth wooden castle which show the fantastic wooden carve explaining Buddhist doctrine and philosophy. Outside of the castle, you will be impressed with the talented dolphin show and beautiful traditional Thai dances .
16.00 Drive up to Pattaya View Point . There you will enjoy the bird-eye-view scenic of Pattaya city and lively beach with lots of sea - sport recreation.
17.00 Check in at Royal Palace Hotel or equivalent.
18.00 Have dinner at a restaurant.
20.00 Enjoy the spectacular cabaret show performed by marvelous, talented and beautiful Lady Boys.
Day 6: Coral Island (B, L, D)
9.00 After breakfast at the hotel, take a boat trip to Coral island. 9.45 Arrive at the island. Relax under clear sky and cool cystal-like sea. Enjoy sea sports such as Jet ski, kayak and scuba diving to see lively corals. You can also take a boat trip to see other islands nearby.
16.00 Return to Pattaya with your unforgettable impression.
16.45 Disembark and drive back to your hotel.
18.00 Have dinner at a restaurant. Enjoy the colorful nightlife of Pattaya Walking Street .
21.00 Return to your hotel.
Day 7: Fishermen village and Laser Buddha mountain (B)
8.00 After breakfast at the hotel, check out and leave for Bang Sare fishermen village . Learn how to select good for nutrient fish at the jetty and see various methods of fish preservation.
10.00 Visit Laser Buddha mountain to pay respect to the stone Buddha image which was carved by laser technology. Then, we will transfer you to Suvannaphum International airport. You now have many impressive memories to take home.
